Rich joined CMC in June 2024 as the Plant Manager for the Morrow Geogrid plant. He brings 21 years of experience in engineering & manufacturing leadership, primarily in the paper and plastics industry. Prior to joining CMC, he spent 5 years with Pactiv Evergreen (now Novolex) leading their Aberdeen, NC and Beech Island, SC manufacturing plants. He holds a Bachelors degree in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University, now Kennesaw State.
