Jon Ridgway

Jon is a civil engineer with nearly three decades of experience in construction and geosynthetics. Throughout his career, he has honed his expertise in working with Tensar geogrids for Mechanically stabilized Earth structures, marine products, pavement optimization, and subgrade stabilization. He spent over a decade working directly for Tensar from 2001 to 2012 and rejoined the organization in January 2023.

Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University, where he gained a strong foundation in the principles and practices of civil engineering. In his free time, he enjoys golf, CrossFit and coaching lacrosse, and he is always looking for ways to stay active and engaged in his community.
