Client's Challenge
Mosser Construction sought to replace the unpaved main entrance lane into their Fremont, Ohio, equipment yard. The entrance road receives a high amount of heavy traffic, so long term performance is critical.
Tensar Solution
Tensar performed DCP tests to determine subgrade conditions and provide a solution that would meet the project objectives - a cost-effective section with minimal maintenance over the long term. 8" ODOT 304 aggregate over Tensar's InterAx NX750 geogrid was installed.
