Joe has been with Tensar from 1996 to 1999 and 2006 to present, where he leads innovation, R&D, technology and product development, and engineering. Prior to his Technology leadership role, he has also held various other positions at Tensar, including Vice President & General Manager for Europe, the Middle East, and other sales and business development roles.

In addition to his experience with Tensar, Joe has seven years of design/build specialty geotechnical contracting experience with Schnabel Foundation Company and Hayward Baker. Joe holds a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University and is also a registered professional engineer in Georgia, North Carolina, and Alabama.
